Disappearing Data
Checked data balance on 13.12.2017 and had 1045MB left. Chwckwd data balance on morning of 14.11.2017 and only 250Mb left. Only use data for social media viewing and browsing sports news. I am mostly connected to a WiFi hotspot. This is quite unsual and the last time this happened, Vofacom had some billing issues.

Thank you for the posting; we are not experiencing any billing issues.
Please ensure your mobile data is switched off when using wi-fi because smart phones have the ability to switch between the two.
You can also load a data monitoring tool called My data manager from play store/app store. This application will record applications using data as well as the amount of data being used (going forward).
We have credited your account with 1 gig data bundle as a goodwill gesture.
