Disappearing Data!!!!!!!

<p>I honestly cannot take the bad service at VODACOM anymore. Your call center agents are the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff ever . </p> <p> </p> <p>my data has been disapearing off my phone for the last couple of days for no apparent reason. i have called to be assisted only to be told that the fault is from their side telling me that my phone has a "V life/ line" connection or smething along those lines and that type of connection does use a lot of data however till now i still havent gotten any assistance and my phone is still using ridiculous amounts of data!!!!!!!!!! This is very frustrating and im thinking of terminating my contract with Vodacom as i cannot take it any longer.</p>
