Disappearing airtime & data
Vodacom has lost the cause. Lately I've experienced alot of headache with them, my data and airtime dissapears and they have no reasonable explanation why it happens. I've tried numerous times to convey my frustration with them but to no avail. It seems they have the power to do whatever they want and no one can do anything about it.
