Disappearing airtime & data
Exactly a month ago I complained about the same problem that my airtime & data was disappearing & no one can explain why.Whats worse I'm told not to recharge till I get a call from Vodacom but no one has called me after I logged a call(A1-XC3B-K121K0) instead they send me an SMS to rate their service on the query,what service?I am still waiting for a call and to be refunded my money.
