Disappearing airtime

Vodacom called me yesterday 10/06/2026 as I was driving they promised to call me at 14h00. No one called, today 11/09/2026 they have debited R0.52, they have increased their amount since O complained. What is it that we paying at Vodacom that we know nothing about. PLEASE HELP
