Disappearing act

So at 4:50 am I buy R30 airtime. I immediately buy the Just4You R2 power bundle (30 MB). I initially had around R1.90 on my phone. I'm on the internet for a good 2 mins and I get a text saying your data bundles have been depleted. I immediately close all tabs and go off. I later want to buy more bundle and I get told insufficient funds. I look at my airtime balance and it's R0.0 and 0MB. How is this possible? This is not the first time this has happened to me, I am a student and can not afford to be buying airtime 3 times a day because vodacom thinks it's ok to be taking it. Last time I was blamed and told that I did not log off quick enough. Even if I stayed an extra min it should not cost me over R25 worth of airtime. I am very irritated by this company.
