Disappearance of my number then sebt pillar to post

My phone started saying no network coverage then said SIM registration failed when I went to Vodacom Westgate they said i must go buy sim card to do a sim swop as they dont have ... when i returned with the sim card then they said it Declined no specific reason (***********) then I went to key west Vodacom then they processed the SIM swop n said I must wait 3 hours then still it never worked then i went to the nearest vodacom in Jabulani mall and they said the number does not exist therefore I must check with cell c and mtn. I went to key west again where now they say the number has been deleted but I have been using the number for years... I never ported my number as i have been with Vodacom for 10years 1 month everything of mine is linked to to it.... I want to know who deleted my ****en number ********** 973 and they must bring it back...
