Disapointed

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I ported my number from MTN hoping the service was going to be excellent as some say its the best network and here 2 days later and being the first day i can use my new handset and after signing a contract that the sales agent confirmed that everything is included in the package except for sim and connection which i accept. But today i am told there is an additional cost to have me see who is calling me / CLI at a cost of R9.50. I get its only R9.50 but if you take out a contract confirm with the 2 sales representatives in the store that everything is included then it is after making double and tripple sure as mildreds shift had ended. <br> This needs to be sorted out asap as everyone is a private number at the moment and i would like to see who is calling....
