Disapearing Data and Money

Good day, My wife and I both have Vodafone wifi (R207-Z) units on Monday I Bought 3gig data bundles and checked my balance which showed 6 gig and a balance on R28. last night I decided to surf the net but could only 30 mins out an then I could no longer connect I switch the unit off until this morning and checked my balance now I it shows 8mb and my R28 is gone too! Where did my data and money go?<br> I've heard family and friends complain about this for month but now it has happed to me I want my data that I paid for including my money that disappeared.<br> Below is the the sim number of the Wifi unit
