Disapearing Airtime on a "Plan B"???? What the hell is "Plan B"?

HI, Vodacon...

i have recently seen something on my account. As soon as i buy airtime it goes into "PlanB" and i can not do anything with it. Cant buy data etc.

I recharged with a pin the last time. One for R110 One for R55

It showed under "plan B" what ever that is??? Did nothing with it cause i couldn't buy data with it on the app.

The next day it disappeared???
