Direspectful manager and no care for customers concerns and frustrations

<p>i am upset with the manager at Vodaworld - Metro</p> <p>he basically told me I'm *****ed and there's nothing he can help me with.</p> <p> </p> <p>i lost my phone and claimed with Cellsure. They told me to hot to any vodacom shop to collect phone, so went to Vodaworld. Only to find out that vidacim outlets are out if iPhone 6, apparently it was discontinued, when Cellsure tells me that's not true because vodacom must order for me. The consultants couldn't help me and called the manager, he comes with so much annoyance and attitude ( customer facing manger with attitude?). He tells me he doesn't know when I can get my phone and he can't help me. He didn't even try to.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am furious with vodacom, I don't have a phone and I was expecting important calls and transactions.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been a loyal customer with vodacom ever since I had a phone in the 19's now this?</p>
