direct debit discount
until end of June 2015 I received a 'direct debit discount' of R 5,00/month. it was then discontinued and it has been impossible to get any explanation. numerous phone conversations, emails, and SMS with various reference numbers without any response. customer services refer me to business account who refer me to customer services. and my last emails have not even been acknowledged.
