digging trenches on pavement and damage property

Vodacom is digging trenches in the Brackenhurst area to lay fibre cable and they totally disregard peoples property and just do as they like without informing you of their intention. they dig up your paving/s and grass leave it for weeks before laying the cable and then leave it for yourself to clean up and fix your paving this is a very bad show from a large company like Vodacom and you expect much better from them than what they did. If they show such bad attitude in laying the fibre how can they expect someone to make use of their Service?
