Differing amounts

For entire January we received sms stating \current VSP account is R....."- queried this with my store because the amount is less than normal - they told me handset is paid off and amount is contract amount until we upgrade (also do not understand why contract signed on 13 January has to run to 28 February??). No surprises then that end January we are billed for the same amount as previously"
