Different standards to chase away cusromers

I wish I can give no stars.

I just migrated to a Red package as I am using alot of data and minutes. I migrated to having 1200min and 4gig data. Paying R1300 p/m.

After hearing from my fellow employees that all of them are on a Red package where they get unlimited minutes and 10gig of data for the same price. They were given these packages at such a good price because they have been with vodacom for a long time. But in my case where I have been with vodacom for more than 10 years, have my entire company contracts with them I am deemed less and cannot I get that price??why?? Why different standards??

I expect vodacom to give me the same package I.e. Unlimited data and 20gig data for the R1300 I am paying for my current package.

So disappointed!!!!!
