Different in packages

Vodacom has issues Yes, myself and my wife arrived end of November back in South Africa, we both purchased vodacom sims pay as you go. We had issues of trying to get OTP sms’s. We visited the Vodacom store in Clearwater mall, they checked all settings with Vodacom and asked us to wait 24 hours. That didn’t work. We visited again and they did a sim swap which we had to pay again. That didn’t work. Then again we did a number and sim swap which we paid again. That didn’t work. Visited the store again to do another swap when I asked for them to do it on one of their phones, after two cards swaps that didn’t work, so we left it and went to mtn. After 2 weeks of keeping the cards and phones on it eventually started to working. Wow. Now we have loaded Vodapay app and yesterday when trying to load data my wife’s app shows one thing and mine shows a different thing. How can they offer one thing to someone and a different thing to someone else? Get it together Vodacom.
