DIFFERENT AREA SAME PROBLEM

I have moved from Rome Glen in Somerset West to Gordon's Bay and I did not think that the signal, or rather lack thereof, could have got worse. It is almost non-existent here in GB even if the wind is not blowing. If you do manage to get a signal you are lucky if it lasts more than a few minutes before you are dropped. Vodacom is one of the biggest ISP's and if this is the best level of service you can provide then heaven help us.<br> Please get your act together and boost the signal as I have gathered that it has been bad for quite a while despite numerous complaints from other subscribers. When I was in Rome Glen I complained on a number of occasions but despite phone calls and SMS's about a new tower blah blah there was little if any improvement.<br> No phone calls with excuses please just send a technician with a booster.<br> Regards<br> Ken Rudolph<br>
