Didnt send the insurance forms
I recently took a contract with Vodacom for a tab. when spoke to the consultant that sold me the product I opted for an insurance on the device, it was on the 29th of April when it was delivered to me. I was told to call the call centre to activate or to commence the insurance. I did as advised called the consultant I spoke to promised to send me the documents thy did not arrive the following day I was going out of the country. I had no access to email. when I came back my car got ****** the tap was in the car.
when I called Vodacom to let then know of what took place, they say I was not insured, therefore they will not cover me they are not willing to meet me half way
it is so disappointing as a client of Vodacom to be given this type of service, I have been their client for all most 4 years on one of the contract phones I have with them, and this is how I get treated?
if the documents were sent to me as per the telephone conversation I could have filled them in and send them back immediately.

Vodacom seem to be interested in how much they can reap off from people, they are not about clients
I regret taking contact with Vodacom. this type of service is despicable
