didnt even bother to help me

i just phoned in as i couldnt see my contacts on my BB, they disappeared and there was nothing under the list, i phoned in for help and spoke to Ayesha who didnt even bother to go through the phone with me, she just told me that she cant help me over the phone i must go to Vodacom with the phone, i ended the call and continued on my own clicking and checking every possibility to solve this problem as going to Vodacom at this moment was out of question, its a trip that needs money to go there....Just FYI i have managed to solve this problem my contacts are now back, so tell me why do you have this people in your call centre? for what purpose?if they dont even bother to try, clearly she didnt know what she was doing and didnt bother to try and didnt bother to ask someone else for help. seriously now!!!
