Did not receive tablet from upgrade

<p>I upgraded in Desember 2016 online. I selected a new contract with a Vodacom Smart Tablet 2. I received the conformation email wich states that we upgraded with a tablet and courier will deliver the tablet. </p> <p>I never received the tablet and when I contacted Vodacom they informed me that the contract was simcard upgrade only.</p> <p>I phoned and send emails with proof of my upgrade but they just said on their system it shows simcard only and they cant help me, so rather go to a vodashop and don't use the online upgrade.</p>
