did not get free gift as advertised

Went to bluff vodacom to upgrade account. Promotional banners in shop indicate free gift with upgrades guaranteed till 31 january 2016. I chose the speakers. However was then informed this only applies to specific deals. However this is not indicated on the promotional posters. I had the speakers ripped out of my hands and had to leave without it. Ps. Kennedy was very disturbed when he was informed that he had to take back my free gift from bongo their trade partner. **** poor promotion Vodacom
