Did an upgrade and ********** transactions follow
Vodacom's service is up to ****. For a month now they couldn't resolve a suspected ********** transaction on my account. I was sent back and forth and nothing happened. Monday 21/03/2016 a guy by the name of \Simon Maleho\" phoned and advised I must go to a Vodashop and do a sim swop in order to use the router. I did that and when I phoned in earlier to find out why the sim isn't activated I was told to call ***, apparently their \"legal department.\" That nr does not exist, so now I was told by \"Abdul\" that I must go to a Vodashop with my ID to resolve the problem, but I was there this morning. I was the one who told Vodacom to flag the line as I suspected *****. I can't understand why a company as big as Vodacom do not want to reveal info such as managers numbers, nr for legal department, etc. Seems to me they fast learners as they take the example from parliament. Seems they think they above the law as well. Any person who wants to speak to me about my raw deal can surely phone me on ***"
