DIAMOND CELLULAR JS SOLD ME AN EMPTY SMAAK IPHONE CHARGER

<p>On 25th April 2016 I went to Diamond Cellular in Jakaranda centre Pretoria to purchase two IPhone chargers (one for myself and one for my mom).I was given the SMAAK voltage and sync cable- one blue and one white. I opened the blue box in front of them to see the colour of the cable. I then proceeded to pay for both boxes at 14h11. Afterwards I had to fetch my children from school, went shopping and eventually arrived home after 18h00. After unloading my car I went and took up the white charger box to my mom. When I opened it in front of my mom I found the box was EMPTY!!!!<br />I first tried to contact Diamond cellular but been after hours there was no answer, I then went onto the Internet to see if there was an email address for the shop but the only contact details given were their landline.<br />On 26th April at 9h00 I went into the shop and told them the above. They said they cannot exchange it and if I have a problem I must go to the police station to make an affidavit. I am not interested in ******** matters. THEY FAILED to supply me with a charger that I PAID FOR.</p> <p>I want this matter resolved within 24 hours. Either they give me what I paid for or they must refund me. This theft either happened in their store or they were provided with an empty box from their suppliers.</p> <p> </p>
