Device set to custom after screen repair

My phone - Galaxy S7 Edge - was send in for the screen repair

Service was quick and I got the device back within a week

After installing some applications, I noticed that a security warning keeps popping up and I was unable to install Netflix

Trying to do a software update (thinking that this might be the problem) was met with a warning - "The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorised way"

Quick search on the internet indicates that this is due to the phone being rooted. I have never rooted this device and all was working before it was send in for repairs.

I contacted their support and they adviced I have to take the unit in again - At a cost of having to drive there again and being without my device once more. This is totally unacceptable as I was not at fault.

For the inconvenience, I expect them to come to me and collect at their cost as this is due to something they did.

Job Card: ********** 1
