device repair

<p>After i had complained by poor service from vodacom, i wrote a review on hellopeter and a consultant called which she advised i take the phone to the nearest vodacom repair shop. now that the phone is there i have been issued with a quotation to repair the device but it was meant to be repaired under warranty instead vodacom delayed giving me the requested information before end of my warranty period. the device is under contract with them now i have been surprised by the quote to repair but the consultant that phoned me said they will sort it out. this is pathetic of them i cannot wait for the end of my contract to get out of their services. i will not even consider upgrading after this very bad service, now i have to go collect the phone which is not fixed from the vodacom repair shop </p>
