Device insurance

I had an existing vodacom device insurance and I needed to add my Wifi only tablet on the policy. The consultant that sent me the form did not explain that I shouldn't add my number on the form(he was very sweet and helpful though). Now my problem is that my cellphone insurance was cancelled and the tablet was added on and the tablet was added incorrectly under device cover for R85 instead of it being added on the tablet cover for R63. I need my cellphone insurance to be re-instated and and cover the tablet too(tablet does not use a sim card,there's no number registered to it)

I am being sent from pillar to post and I do not get any help!!!!
