Device feedback after assessment @ VodaWorld

I booked in my device (still under warranty) at Vodaworld. Was phoned approximately 7 days after this and given the quote total to have my device fixed. When I said that the device was still under warranty, I was told that they would get back to me.

Another 7 days passed and I was told that the device would not be repaired due to abuse on my part. When I asked for the report that backs up these allegations, I was sent a photos of the phone and reminded that \Vodacom is bound by the Consumer protection act\".

I have, since 16 February, asked for the technical / damage report FOUR TIMES (the last being 11 March) and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REPORT. I get photo's sent every time.

Surely, Vodacom, IF an assessment was done then there should be a report that can substantiate the alleged fault on the phone? Instead, I'm being asked to take your assessment at face value when you won't take my word as truth. You can't have it both ways.

Dieketseng has not responded to my last email and I can now only assume that Vodacom is done with this enquiry. I will now submit my FIFTH request - PLEASE PHONE TO GET THE JOB NUMBER AND SEND THE TECHNICAL / DAMAGE REPORT."
