Device collected from me and not inventoried in Vodacom systems.

I ordered an Iphone from Vodacom due to an upgrade. The phone speaker was faulty and the phone had to be returned to Vodacom so that I can order a new one. It was collected by RAM Couriers on the 9 September 2020 and I called Vodacom After Sales after 3 days and was assisted by a gentleman called Thabang, who told me that due to the fact that the "FindMyIphone" feature was still on, he had to contact the Apple Store to get the feature deactivated so that the phone can be classified as returned in their systems. He promised to get back to me with feedback, which he has never done. I have called Vodacom everyday this week and spoke to different people who do not seem to have a history of what I am talking about. I do not have a phone, I have no feedback of where this phone is however I know that Vodacom sent RAM Couriers to collect the phone from me. This is pathetic service and I may end up paying for a device I do not have. Furthermore, i need a phone.
