Devastated by vodacom!!!!!!

This is disappointing from Vodacom.

this is the 3rd time I have gotten a contract that I don't know with vodacom, I reported this last year but I'm still getting debited and my credit score has been messed up Since I have to reverse the debit every month!! can anyone help by deactivating the *****ulent contract!!! :(
