Deteriorating network service

For some 20 years I have used Vodacom perfectly well in my office. Since late last year the network has deteriorated so much that I have to make all my business calls standing outside on the veranda, and spend money on data because the signal is too weak for my phone to pick up the office wifi. I have laid various complaints with Vodacom and got the usual automated responses. After following up with a lot of effort and phoning around a real human technician contacted me with all sorts of reasons as to how they were improving the service, but not explaining why it had got so much worse. Nothing has changed. We are not asking for anything new or improved - only that the service we enjoyed for many years be as it always was. Location: 92 Main Street, Eshowe 3815, KZN.
