Details available for marketing companies

I would like to know how I can take legal action against Vodacom and companies for infringement of Popia Act law... For giving out my number to a so called, Blue Magnet Marketing company to spam me with about 50 website links on which I should click and like to receive extra income... If I clearly state on my contract that I do not want to be contact for any marketing purposes, how could Vodacom's database be so easily accessible for other companies to gain access to my number... It is NOT acceptable to know that my number is not secure and safe with Vodacom???
