Despicable service from vodacom

I hope someone sees this post and respond as quickly as possible before taking it further I have never in my life experienced such bad service before I have been fighting for the past couple of montha with vodacom and everyone seems to be incompatent to whom I'm speaking cannot answer a simple question to my query I had for the last couple of months...the poor service is despicable and when it's time to pay they are quick to phone you but when it comes to serious queries no one can answer you I would like an official response asab
