Despicable Service!!!!!!

On 22 July 2017 I called the Vodacom call centre to cancel my Vodacom contract and I was given a quotation that needed to be paid before the contract could be cancelled. On the 25th of July I made payment and sent in all the requested documents to ********** and my contract was cancelled. Today 02 August I started getting calls from Vodacom to make another payment of R467.98 to keep my phone number active. My contracts were R1 276.98 per month and my cell phone contract that was cancelled was R354.48 per month. If my payment for my cell phone contract was still due, why am I being asked to pay ANOTHER R467.98?

I spent 36 minutes on the phone to the Vodacom accounts department where I dealt with an extremely rude consultant who proceeded to tell me that I do not understand because I do not want to understand. I was also told that I am not looking at my statements properly. The consultant also raised his voice at me and then started telling me that he needs to end the call because they have a lot of calls. All I would like to understand is, if my cell phone contract was R354.48 why do I need to pay ANOTHER R467.98. Yes Vodacom did take R828.60 for my July bills. However when working out the difference Which is R1 276.98 - R828.60 = R448.38 WHY do I need to pay R467.98??? Can someone PLEASE explain to me why there is a difference???? Yes I understand that I need to pay my usage for my cell phone for July, that is not a problem. But if my phone was R354.48 WHY am I being asked to pay R467.98? Where does the other R113.50 come from???????????

If I could just get clarity on this amount please!? I understand that my premature cancellation fee is separate from this and does not count for this payment. I however would like to know why I need to pay R113.50 MORE than what my cell phone contract used to be!?
