Despicable Poor service delivery

I recently entered into a contractual agreement with vodacom whereby they provide me with monthly data for a specific amount and pay it through a debit order. Immediately after signing, they debited the full amount plus a once off fee whilst I had not received the full data I was supposed to get. The problem started with the second month of deductions, the debit order didn’t go through month end and carried on to the next month. On that month my phone stopped working, I couldn’t make calls or send text messages .I then call vodacom and explain what the problem is and the agent said that I had not paid therefore my account is in arrears. The agent makes an arrangement for the payment to go through. As soon as the debit order goes through the money is more than what we had agreed to. I call vodacom again and the agent explained that my payment was late and I have to pay EXTRA fees for them to unblock my phone so I can make calls and text messages and for them to do that I can to wait five business days and they assured me that it would not happen again. The next month the same thing issue happened, they did not debit and this time they gave me a reason saying that account was set to cheque instead of savings hence the debit order couldn’t go through so my phone was blocked again I couldn’t make calls and send text messages for two weeks. I called vodacom to make payment arrangements and still the debit order didn’t go through. On a Wednesday I called again to follow up why the debit order didn’t go through and asked if they can debit now after the phone call so my phone can work and the agent was so rude and said that the debit order can go through only tomorrow cause it was after 12:00 pm. I asked the agent as to what must I do cause my phone is blocked and the issue is on your side, I then requested to speak to finance cause the agent couldn’t help me. The agent from the finance said that they would resolve my issue and they would have to take double the amount and plus extra fees for them to unblock my phone!!! Like really as if it’s my fault. I agreed with the agent and they debited along with the EXTRA fees and they assured that they have fixed the issue everything is set from now on the debit orders will go through as planned but it will take five business days for them to unblock my phone and bare with me it was a Wednesday and it will be effective from Thursday and wait through the weekend till the next Wednesday. After five business days my phone my was not unblocked I then call vodacom again and the agent said my account was paid up so it didn’t make sense as to why my phone was not working. After speaking to the agent, I have to wait for five hours for my phone to start working!! Now it’s October and they had not debited the September money! Cause I’m pretty sure EXTRA fees will be added and this is frustrating to pay them and add more money to the initial agreement payment. It’s even more frustrating because it’s my name that’s getting ruined and it seems as though I’m not reliable and late with payments. The most frustrating is that I can’t cancel because apparently I have to pay a cancellation fee for the rest of the 24 months and for what because they still won’t debit on time and I will have to pay extra fees!. Also bare in mind that the monthly data is either late or early before the month start and does not carry on to the next month!.

I regret getting with data monthly contract and I advised that you don’t cause if this is not a **** then I don’t know what is?!!! All I want is to cancel this contract with no cost at all cause from the beginning they have been giving me problems and charging me extra fees!!. Is that too much to ask for?
