Despicable, Pathetic Customer Service at Vodacom Fourways.

I've had the most terrible, despicable service at Vodacom Fourways Mall. I was called to come get my phone YESTERDAY which insurance has approved, 4 hours later, i left without the phone. I still haven't received my phone; I'm being sent from pillar to post. No one is communicating anything; I must call myself to get things moving. This morning since 10 AM i have been waiting for the s**** phone to move from repair center four ways to the store. What a mission! There is no one to get the phone moving. They are opting to cutting my calls. Totally useless bunch of personnel with no attitude to help. Has to be thee worst customer service I've ever been rendered my whole life. Sies! I am still seating here without a phone and no one to call me and no one to fetch it downstairs from the repair center to the store upstairs .
