Despicable -Cit me off although

My contract expires the end of this month. So I do not want to renew and requested to be moved to pay as you go. As per a contract - I am entitled to the minutes and data till the end. I was also told that I will not loose connectivity at all so my phone is active and people can phone me. Instead -the minute I walked out the store my phone was cut off. Nothing ! On returning all the manager can say is ag sorry you will be on line in 24 hours. So vodacom you stole from me. I still had minutes sms's and data left. Also I have lost revenue as I work via my phone and no network for 24 hours. Who is covering that loss of income ? I have been a vodacom customer since 1996. Well not after this ! This is despicable !
