desperately unhappy.

I took my tablet into the Vodacom Repair centre in Vincent Mall East london as it wouldnt switch on. i handed the tablet in on Thursday 17 May 2018 @ 11;55am. the Job number on the SMS i received (i never got any paperwork) is ********** 3 stating that it will take two-three days for the rapirs to be concluded. i never received feedback since that day. Wednesday 23 May 2018 :13:15 i decided to go find out what is the progress on the repairs as no one has contacted me only to find out that my tablet is ready for collection,

the tempered glass on my screen is broken and cracked on all the corners. it was not in that condition when i handed the tablet in for repairs. when i questioned this with the assistant manager of the store i was advised that they break the glass during the repair process and they dont replace the broken glass. my question is this: how can you damage a customers property in order to repair it and then you wont fix what you have broken? i hereby insist on a replacement for my glass as it was in mint condition when i handed it in.
