Desk Partner Account Manager Compliment

I would like to commend the services I received from a Desk Partner Account Manager by the name of Janice Neeuwfan based at Voda World, Midrand. Our company is situated in KZN & we had endless problems with our LTE connectivity for almost a month. Janice, although she wasn't able to fix our issue, was the ONLY person who kept me in the loop on a daily basis as to what was happening with my call complaints & queries & which departments were addressing them. And believe me when I say I must've emailed a hundred different divisions & spoken to countless customer service agents. Janice is one in a million & really went out of her way to assist me. The way she addressed the issue at hand & tried to get the relevant departments involved regarding our problem is what I would call TRUE customer service!! I wish all Vodacom service agents had Janice's mindset & integrity. Vodacom, you have a true GEM on your hands. Janice definitely needs recognition for being a dedicated employee. I just wish I could send this compliment to her manager directly. Thank you Janice, you are so appreciated.
