Descramitation and dismissive
Earlier today I went to Vodacom - (Absa towers branch in Main street, Johannesburg CBD ) to find out why I was receiving various application reference numbers for the application I made on Saturday. When I got there I stood in the line as everyone else and when it was my turn to be assisted by Nazarene Jeewa, she opted to assist the white lady that just came through the door. I then walked up to her and told her that I was next in line as I was standing in the queue however she dismissed me and continued speaking to the white lady. I told her that I had a meeting soon and would appreciate her assistance and her to pull up a chair as I'm sure she had seen that I was heavily pregnant but she did not pull up a chair. She then continued to ask me what assistance I needed whilst I was standing there and I told her that I suspected that ***** may be undertaken as I only made one application however received various reference numbers. She then took my ID document and the reference numbers and checked on the system whilst I was standing by her desk and in front of the white lady sitting there. I got very concerned and uncomfortable from a privacy perspective - as my personal information
