Derbt to my personal account
My personal account was debited by vodarcom on the 27/01/2014 FOR R161.19 I PHONED MY BANK TO REVERS THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION <br> I don't have any account with Vodacom and i will never have an account with vodacom i have made a follow up with vodacom`s customer service yesterday around 10ham i was given a reff number S3-8U82K-K2XGJ<br> I have been trying since yesterday to get vodacom to send me the document to proof that i have open an account with them but Vodacom is caming to the party <br> i will like them to close this account if they are failing to provide proof <br>

You need to fax the following through to us before the investigation can proceed on the ref S3-8U82K-K2XGJ - ***. Affidavit stating that you did not open the contract with Vodacom. Copy of bank statement if money has been deducted (Bank teller copy only, internet bank statements not accepted) and a Certified copy of your ID. The fax number *** stating the ref S3-8U82K-K2XGJ.
