Depleted data bundles

Good day

I have a problem with Vodacom. On the 29-09-2017 I bought 1Gig of data bundles for R150.00. On 27-09-2017 I got an sms saying my data bundles has run out. I called Vodacom customer care line and I was assisted by Buhle. I queried the matter and she advised Vodacom is experiencing a problem where the clients data bundles get depleted. She advised that she has to calculate the data that I used from the date of purchase till yesterday. She placed me on hold and her feedback was that she advised by a Team leader to Compensate me with R29 worth of airtime and I will have to buy another data bundles by myself. I was not happy with the feedback I got. how can Vodacom opt to give me R29 worth of airtime when I have lost my R150 1gig worth of data? I am not happy with this, may a proper investigation be logged and I need feedback ASAP. I will not allow Vodacom to rip me off again as I have recently experienced this issue before, please provide feedback.
