DEMI from customer care Vodacom 082 135- EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT SERVICES!!!!

9 June 2022 at 07:47, my boss spoke to a lady called Demi from customer care. She was incredible. Very knowledgeable, and very patient because he was not able to find some of the things, but she walked him through patiently, politely, and empathetically that not all clients know their phones very well. She also gave him many other suggestions that were indicative of an agent that values their job and their clients. The call took a while but she was not rushing him nor was she condescending. She takes her job extremely seriously. Vodacom yes we complain alot as clients but please have an email address for complements that is direct to a supervisor. This lady was exceptionally brilliant she is fast at thinking on her feet and very open-minded to clients' questions. She has a alot of professional reasoning and does not just rely on a script or what is on her PC. We are extremely happy!!!
