Demeaning customer service & airtime disappearing
When one Reports a problem to Vodacom, very rude and demeaning people call to talk you. People who treat customers like they idiots!!!!!!! Disgusting customer service!!!!!
Your App has repeatedly given me different airtime balances at different times, even though I’ve made no calls between the two readings!!!!!!!! Why??? Why???Why?????
