DELL TABLET STILL BROKEN AFTER 3 MONTHS

I got a Dell tablet from Vodacom on13 September 2014. On 3 June 2015 the screen gave in. I immediately emailed Kevin at the Vodacom Shop Green Acres, this is were I got the tablet from. He told me to bring the tablet to the shop and they will sort it for me. He would be on training the next day but he said any one in the shop can help me.
So I took the tablet in on 4 June 2014. Kate was the consultant that helped me. After a wait of 45 minutes. She told me that their system was down so she could not log the tablet to give me a log number, but she gave me a form to prove that she did take the tablet and she told me my job number will be smssed to me. Two days passed and no feedback.
Eventually I got hold of Kevin and he told me that Vodacom cannot fix a dell tablet. I must send it to dell directly to have it fixed. I refused to do thaty, because my contract is with Vodacom. After 2 months were the tablet just laid in the shop I agreed to pay the R380 courier fee. The tablet was sent to Ensure IT Service In Cape Town on 11 August. I got it back on 4 September. The screen is still broken Does not respond at all. Ensure replaced it but could not test it because they had no charger
