Delivery Vodacom and skynet

My Vodacom order has been cancelled twice by skynet without anyone contacting me, when the delivery guy get to my location, the skynet call centre is not even working I had to hold 47 min with no one picking up,I only get sms at 21:00, I’ve been with Vodacom for so many years however skynet does not treat us like valuable customer, I am considering to change Vodacom.
