Delivery og new phone cancelled without notice

Vodacom just cancelled delivery of new phone due today without notification. I was just informed by RAM to call Vodacom but Vodacom is not responding to email, online chat, telephone etc. WHAT NOW. This is in breach of my contract with them. I have upgrade and expect the phone to be delivered as promised today.
