Delivery company FAIL!!!!

RAM couriers that Vodacom is using to deliver their contract upgrades is not interested in making these deliveries. I have had two Vodacom orders (K*** and K***) in as many weeks that failed to be delivered while I was at home - unbelievable, I know. I have been ordering item online for over 5 years now and not once have I had issues with deliveries. The incident I just had with the RAM courier today is by far my worst delivery experience of my life.

So I was called by the courier to confirm if I was home. I was then instructed to wait outside while the delivery guy made his way to my house because he was in the vicinity. On arrival the delivery guys sat in their airconditioned delivery van and did not bother to to get out. When I confronted them about their attitude they just drove off without making the delivery. They then had the nerve to lie in their report. They said I had decided I didn't want the order anymore.

Vodacom seriously need to look at their relationship because at this rate I am not the only customer they are going to be losing.
