Delivering a router that was never ordered
My dispute refers to Vodacom delivering a mobile router that was never order. On 26 October 2017, my wife was surprised by a courier company delivering a package. My wife told the delivery staff that she never ordered this and she was referred back to Vodacom. On 26 October my wife emailed Vodacom and to date there is no answer. On received a reference number. My wife also called Vodacom and they said that they cannot confirm how this order was confirmed. Please will come and collect the router and do not charge us for this as it was never requested. Further more please will you indicate which body I can lodge complaint to FIAS or ombuds as no one conducted any credit checks and or affordability checks, this is further required as all contract have a cooling period of which we never agreed to the purchase of the product nor the terms of purchase. In accordance will all telephonic contract I would also like to exercise the right to obtain the call when this contract was agreed to.
