Delivered wrong phone

<p>I oredered a Hauwei P9lite through Elitemobile. Today I received the phone. Imagine my surprise when I open the package and find a Samsung Galaxy J3 in the box. Now thay are telling me that it will take 7 days to collect the wrong phone and then only once they have received the wrong phone back, they will send me the right phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totaly unacceptable. Your incompetence is disgraceful. I want the right phone and I want it today! I dont care if your CEO has to get in his car and bring it to me all the way to Hopetown. I want this fixed today!!!!</p>
