Delivered phone to someone else NOT on my contract

Utterly Disgusted: a lady contacted me from vodacom stating that she is sorry but they do not have stock. She also stated that the responsible consultant will be in contact with me every step of the way ( when stock lands when it is being sent to me etc... ) But that did not happen.<br> <br> Today i Phoned Vodacom and guess what. They delivered the phone to some guy named Nkosi by RAM and Nkosi signed for it and has the phone now.<br> <br> Even tho Vodacom's policy STATES that the phone can only be delivered to the CONTRACT OWNER WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS!!!!! I mean my name is not Nkosi. No Nkosi exists on my contract or the details I supp**** Vodacom with.<br> <br> I have given Vodacom 20 mins to get back to me with a solution. But hey that did not happen either.<br> <br> RAM Delivered my phone to Nkosi with no supporting documents or even the right name. I dont expect Vodacom to rectify this as they are useless IMO. This is the 2nd complaint on hello Peter since my application. No1 has been in touch. Vodacom's 20 mins are up on the feedback. <br> <br>
